So when you decide to lose weight there are many hurdles in front of you, that does not make you to be fit,but as you know in today's world fitness and your health is a major and important thing in your life.  So when talking about fitness most of the people are overweight! So if you want to be fit , the first thing you should do is lose weight.

But Many people dont know to lose weight or go with older method long process. But Guys this is new generation , you dont have to work hard you just have to work smart. Applying this , losing weight is easy , if you work smartly but it is the time process it requires time , this will not happen that you go to lose weight today and in 1 week you are thin ! Magic will not happen ! Stay Real and Focused.

 So before we start you have to be fully planned. The Planning brings the huge difference that what you eat and what you do in your day.

 

More intake of protein.

 So while losing weight, protein plays very important role in making you to be fit.You know That how protein is beneficial to you in your diet. So starting taking more protein in your plate. Drink Protein Shake.

Now listen, more fat does not mean that we will take more fat and we will lose weight, think smartly. Each meal of your should contain fat source it is necessary to your body but it doesnt mean that you eat burger , see outside food is called fast food or boiled food , i am saying of home fat food. So make sure that your plate contains fat source.

See Fat sources are 

  • Olive oil 

  • coconut oil 

  • avocado oil, butter

     

    I would suggest you  to have boiled egg in your breakfast everyday

    Low Carb Vegetables

 Vegetable is essential for just anything. So make sure that you are eating massive amount of low carb vegetables because when you work out ,the more amount of low carb will burn , so your body needs that. 

Some Example of Low Carb Vegetables

  • Tomatoes

  • Cabbage

  • Broccoli

  • Cucumber

  • Cauliflower

     

    So the first 3 Food which i have tell is a must for you to add in a single meal, for ex. if you are having lunch so your lunch should definately contain more amount of protein,Fat and low carb vegetables.

     

    Dont Eat Sugar and Starches

    The must thing that you should not eat is sugar and starches in your diet i.e. High amount of carbs.

    It is because when you eat that , your level of hunger decrease very much and you end up having very less Food . i.e low amount of calories.

    If you eat sugar and starches much your body or your stomach and mind will say you that you have eaten a lot and now dont eat and you will not eat but your stomach is empty , it is liked filled by outside and inside empty.

    Just try this and you will end up losing more amount of weight.

    Lift Weight.

    So now you have smartly Planned your meals that what you eat so now it remains hitting the gym and work out.

    You should minimum work out or Lift Weight 3 Times a Week .

      In this plan you should just focus on eating but it is also recommended to hit the gym. What is going to you? Whats the problem, atleast just work out for some time it is for your benefit. 

    If you dont want to lift the weight so you can definately do some exercise and Walking, Jumping,Running,Jogging and some Cycling will do the job but in regular basis. 

    Yoga:-

    Yoga is a good option to make your mind peace to stay in track. Just try yoga in morning. 


    Conclusion:-


    I Would suggest you to do the above things regularly to see the differnce within some months and you will be changed by apperance.
